At Beds2Go, we understand that whilst shopping online, you may end up purchasing a product which isn’t suitable for your use. With this in mind, and in our pursuit to offer excellent service to you, any item purchased from Us, that is unused and still in its original packaging will qualify for a cancellation, provided such cancellation is made within 14 days of the date of purchase.


Refunds Policy (Unused Products)

Beds and Furniture are long term purchases, in that they will be around you daily and in use for years. Whilst using products purchased from Us, we would always want you to be fully satisfied with your products. If you find yourself not being satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you in full provided the following conditions are met and followed:

  •          The product being returned must be unused and in its original packaging.
  •          The product must be in their original condition in that the products should not have any scratches, scuffs, tears or damages not arising from manufacturer defect.
  •          Custom made products and products that have custom fabrics, specifications, color choice or design do not qualify for refunds.
  •          Products that are used in our 100 Night Comfort Trial do not qualify for refunds.
  •          Any transportation costs incurred by Beds2Go during the refund’s procedure, will be covered by you, the client, and such costs will be deducted directly from the refund owed.


Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the products being returned to Us, and the products have gone through inspection to confirm the above terms have been complied with.



A bed isn’t an item one purchases very often, as it is a product that is meant to be used for years. We’d love for you to love your bed, so if you don’t find yourself having a comfortable night’s sleep on your bed due to comfort issues, we will gladly exchange the bed for you to something you feel is more suitable. What we do ask of you before requesting an exchange, is that you give your body enough time to adjust to a new bed, as well as give your bed enough time to adjust to your body. By allowing this time for adjustment, you can have peace of mind by
ensuring you make an informed decision to exchange your bed.



  •          Beds must be tried for at least 30 nights before a comfort exchange can be considered.
  •          Purchase of a Waterproof Mattress protector from us is required. Should a mattress protector not be purchased from us with your bed, you do not qualify for the trial.
  •          Beds may be exchanged for another of equal or higher value.
  •          Difference in lower priced models is non-refundable.
  •          You, the customer, are responsible for delivery costs associated
  •          Products used in the 100 Night Comfort Trial can only be exchanged and do not qualify for refunds.
  •          The 100 Night Comfort Trial is limited to 1 trial per customer.
  •          The 100 Night Comfort Trial does not apply to warranty exchanges, the bases or custom-made products.
  • A fee of R1000 is applicable for usage of the 100 Night Comfort Trial.
