What is Beds2Go's cancellation policy?

We understand that online shopping may sometimes result in purchasing unsuitable products. If you wish to cancel an unused purchase still in its original packaging, you can do so within 14 days from the purchase date.

How does the refund process work for unused products?

We are happy to offer a full refund for products that are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made products and items used in our 100 Night Comfort Trial do not qualify for refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of inspection, and any transportation costs will be deducted.

What is the 100 Night Comfort Trial for beds?

Our 100 Night Comfort Trial allows you to try out a new bed for at least 30 nights. If you’re not satisfied after this period, you may exchange it for a different bed. This trial requires the purchase of a waterproof mattress protector from Beds2Go. Please note that this trial covers exchanges only, not refunds.
